I got to work five hours early, and while working on FFXI monster artwork for a website, I decided to draw FFXI characters (because I suck horribly at monsters).

was the first that came to mind that I knew I could draw off the top of my head that wasn’t my character Amalthea. XD Plus, I was hankering for any excuse to use these new metallic pens from Prismacolor that I got a week ago. THESE PENS ARE SO AWESOME YOU HAVE NO IDEA.

There are so many errors in here, it’s crazy. XD I tried to go with actual Elvaan anatomy (longer, leaner body and extremities with a regular sized head), and because of the skirt thing, it makes it look like her torso isn’t as long as it actually is. This also makes her hips and thighs look absolutely MONSTROUS. That’s okay, because that means Sorasha can crack the skulls of Orcs between her thighs, kind of like a nutcracker, except totally NOT. There are also issues with the direction of the light, as everything but the skin is showing the proper shading. The highlighting and shadowing on the skin is practically coming from the opposite side. XD I need to pay more attention to when I color.

There’s probably more wrong, but any comments or criticisms are welcome. :3
